All of the adults who support our young people have been chosen for their warmth and passion, we value the range of knowledge and skills the members of our team bring from other sectors and life! Our managers all hold social work and/ or education qualifications and are registered as managers with the SSSC/ GTCS. In line with SSSC requirements, all our teams are registered and hold a minimum of HNC/ SVQ3 or in a small number of cases, are currently working through these qualifications. We do not use agency staff. We have a small pool of relief staff who help us ensure consistency of care when covering holidays or illness.

As part of our quality assurance processes, we have meetings with our Board of Advisors at least quarterly. Our Board are all volunteers who have relevant qualifications and experience, and have a special interest in the young people we work with. We are grateful for the time they give to offer independent advice, guidance and scrutiny to the work we do.
