Bachlaw Projects follows the Codes of Practice for Social Service Workers and Employers.

Underpinning our work is the Rogerian principles of respect for persons, congruence, empathy and unconditional positive regard, equality, social justice, partnership, citizenship, empowerment and authenticity. This way of working enables us to make real connections with young people, demonstrate that they are important and cared for. They will also learn that they have responsibility for the choices that they make.
